Like the DeVoe kind? 00:08:19.750 --> 00:08:22.279 No, like the Edwin Gauss kind. 00:08:22.280 --> 00:08:25.079 You see, pocket dimensions, like the one you see here, 00:08:25.080 --> 00:08:26.899 are unique to their users. 00:08:26.900 --> 00:08:29.969 Just like DeVoe can only enter or exit his, 00:08:29.970 --> 00:08:33.320 Gauss too is limited to his own pocket dimension. 00:08:33.330 --> 00:08:34.719 So why does DeVoe need him? 00:08:34.720 --> 00:08:37.989 Well, DeVoe uses his chair to create pocket dimensions. 00:08:37.990 --> 00:08:40.960 If he has Edwin Gauss's powers, he won't need it anymore. 00:08:40.970 --> 00:08:42.669 Then we need to catch Gauss first. 00:08:42.670 --> 00:08:43.999 And we will. 00:08:44.000 --> 00:08:45.669 Little late. Just tweaking the cap. 00:08:45.670 --> 00:08:47.820 Now, listen, locating this meta 00:08:47.860 --> 00:08:49.069 is not a task that we have to accomplish. 00:08:49.070 --> 00:08:50.779 Why is that, Harry? I'll tell you why. 00:08:50.780 --> 00:08:53.740 It's because we already... have. 00:08:53.750 --> 00:08:55.679 Yeah, this is the map that we constructed: 00:08:55.680 --> 00:08:56.990 Of all the pocket dimension activity 00:08:57.000 --> 00:08:58.119 throughout Central City. 00:08:58.120 --> 00:08:59.359 Right, but that's when we thought 00:08:59.360 --> 00:09:00.940 all the pocket dimensions belonged to DeVoe. 00:09:00.950 --> 00:09:03.419 Now we don't know whether they belong to him or to Gauss. 00:09:03.420 --> 00:09:05.219 And figuring out those distinctions, 00:09:05.220 --> 00:09:07.889 I'm sorry, but that's too big even for your britches, Harry. 00:09:07.890 --> 00:09:09.729 My britches are plenty big, okay? 00:09:09.730 --> 00:09:11.949 I fill my britches. Watch this, okay? 00:09:11.950 --> 00:09:14.569 By simply tracking the two lanes of identifiers, 00:09:14.570 --> 00:09:17.019 cross-referencing the, uh, fluctuation migration patterns 00:09:17.020 --> 00:09:20.330 and the temporal displacement in the energy app, and... 00:09:20.340 --> 00:09:22.950 I give you Edwin Gauss's 00:09:22.960 --> 00:09:26.009 pocket dimension activity. 00:09:26.010 --> 00:09:28.309 "Ahhh, Harry. 00:09:28.310 --> 00:09:30.749 Harry is amazing." 00:09:30.750 --> 00:09:32.649 Yeah, let's all just split up 00:09:32.650 --> 00:09:34.559 and search each one for Edwin Gauss. 00:09:34.560 --> 00:09:36.319 Barry, you take Caitlin and Ralph, 00:09:36.320 --> 00:09:37.889 and I'll go with Cisco and my dad. 00:09:37.890 --> 00:09:38.970 - Harry... - I'll go with you. 00:09:38.980 --> 00:09:40.540 No, I was thinking that you could just... 00:09:40.550 --> 00:09:42.219 You would stay here and hold down the fort. 00:09:42.220 --> 00:09:43.989 Okay, I'll tweak the cap. 00:09:52.370 --> 00:09:54.809 Detective, are you... Are you not going after Gauss? 00:09:54.810 --> 00:09:55.980 I'm on my way out. 00:09:55.990 --> 00:09:57.449 I just wanted to see if you needed anything 00:09:57.450 --> 00:09:59.019 before we left. 00:09:59.020 --> 00:10:01.049 - If I need... no, I'm good. - Hm. 00:10:01.050 --> 00:10:03.419 Holding that Thinking Cap real close. 00:10:03.420 --> 00:10:04.959 Well, you never know when you might need it. 00:10:04.960 --> 00:10:06.280 Yeah, and you only need it 00:10:06.290 --> 00:10:08.649 for DeVoe-related problems, right? 00:10:08.650 --> 00:10:10.889 DeVoe-related problems, science problems, 00:10:10.890 --> 00:10:12.989 making-the-perfect-omelet problems. 00:10:12.990 --> 00:10:14.520 You make omelets with that cap? 00:10:14.530 --> 00:10:16.990 Oh, yeah.
